The listed services does not include all conditions that Dr. David treats. If a patient has pain or discomfort, Dr. David will conduct specialized tests to diagnose the problem and create an individualized treatment plan. As a doctor, he has the responsibility to provide his patients the facts and make sure they understand what is going on with their body, thus allowing them to make well informed decisions. If he cannot treat the condition, he will refer them to another doctor that has the proper skillsets.

Spinal Adjustment
Spinal Manipulation of cervical, thoracic, and/or lumbar region. This will allow proper range of motion as well as nerve communication. Long Axis adjustments of the spine is also available for disc decompression.

Acupunture
Practiced by the Chinese over 3000 years ago, this technique is used to mobilize the proper flowage of Qi. With an intake of the patients history and symptoms, Dr. Yang will utilize certain acupuncture points that are know to inhibit or tonify the body’s Qi.

Cupping
Here are Spinal Health we utilize traditional cupping as a recovery tool. Just finished pursuing a rigorous endeavor (running a marathon or lifting heavy weights)? Certain adhesion maybe present and address with cupping.
Conditions

Sciatica
Nerve pain from an impingement or irritation of the sciatic nerve. This nerve runs from the buttocks through the back of the legs bilaterally. Symptoms my include pain that radiates, numbness tingling, and muscles weakness.
Conservative care such as spinal adjustments and certain stretches can resolve the pain.

Disc Herniation
Nucleus pulposus (soft centered disc tissue) that is pushed out and breaks the annulus fibrosus. Some disc herniation may cause no symptoms, other may cause muscle weakness and pain where the nerve my be pinched.
This injury is usually sustained from heavy lifting or improper landing. Spinal adjustments along with flexion distraction may help.

Whip Lash Injury
Rapid flexion and extension of the neck. This type of injury may cause pain in the neck and shoulders. The pain may derive from soft tissue and or bone from the surrounding area.
Typically this injury is seen in automobile collisions. Spinal decompression and adjustments may help restore motion and function.

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
Impingement of one or more nerves in the cervical (neck) region of the body. Symptoms may include weakness or tingling in the hands or arms.
Cervical adjustments and nerve flossing is considered to help with the symptoms.
